Do your prints come framed? How much does it cost to add a frame?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer framing services at the moment. All of the frames pictured in our listing photos are only props and to demonstrate how your print will appear once framed. However, all of our prints are available in standard sizes and will fit right into most major store-bought frames. We can also resize our designs to fit any custom size you might need. Just let us know, we're happy to help!

Oh no! My package was damaged in the mail! Can you please help??

We try our best to package everything safely and securely but unfortunately these things sometimes do happen. If your item should arrive damaged please send us a photo (cell phone pics are just fine) of the damaged print/poster as well as the damaged packaging within 7 days of receipt and we'll be more than happy to send out a replacement absolutely free of charge.

Dang it! I just bought something yesterday at full price and now today it's on sale. Can I have the sale price instead?

We can offer the price difference in store credit as longs as you purchased your item at original price and within 7 days of the sale.

What if I forgot to use my coupon code? Can you apply it to a previous order?

Unfortunately we cannot go back and apply a discount to an order that you've already placed. On the upside, we'd be more than happy to offer you the price difference as store credit for a future order!

Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! While were sorry that it didn't work out, we'll be happy to try to make things right as best as we can for you. Read on to see our return policy.

We grant refunds and exchanges only for items returned back to us within 14 days of original delivery date.

Items sent back to us for refund or exchange must be received undamaged and in the original condition that we sent it in. No refund/exchange will be given on damaged returns. Please keep this in mind when repackaging the item(s). (See below).

All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure the package is sturdy and properly sealed to ensure a safe delivery. No refund or exchange will be given on damaged or missing returns. 

Tracking numbers are required for all returns. No refund/exchange will be given on lost returns. Please provide us with the proper tracking information.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 Due to the one-of-a-kind nature, time spent and inability for us to resell the item, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. This includes color/typographic changes, add-ons, personalizations/customizations, special resizing, etc.

➔ LOST AND DELAYED ITEMS


Packages are considered to be lost after 30 days (domestic) and 60 days (international). If your package does not arrive in that time, please notify us ASAP and we will do our best to locate your package. If in fact your item is deemed to be lost we will promptly send out a brand new replacement print free of charge to make up for the lost time.
